This paper introduced the mian capabilities and characters of the digital signal processor TMS320C30,the design of the exploitation system of TMS320C30 and its application to the marine turbine rotor dynamic balance experiment.By the validation ,the system has the merit in generalization in respect of condition monitoring of the marine turbine.
