摘要
目的 为介入手术者提供符合辐射防护最优化的防护装置。方法 根据防护最优化的原则和屏蔽防护的原理 ,针对X射线机的特点 ,设计防护装置 ;模拟介入手术条件 ,测试在不同防护条件下介入手术者身体主要部位的散射线辐射量。结果 研制出一套由 5部分组成的介入防护装置。结论 介入防护装置防护效果良好 ,具有推广应用价值。
Objective To develop an optimal protective equipment in intervention technique. Methods The design of this protective equipment of protection and principle of shield protection, and focused on the characteristics of X-ray machine. In minimizing the intervention operation, the emission rays on main portions of operators′ body under different protection measures were detected. Results The protective equipment for intervention, composed of 5 parts, was developed. Conclusion This protective equipment is feasible in application with many ideal protective effects and worth to spread.
