伽玛刀侧卧位治疗颞叶脑肿瘤初步观察

摘要 目的 探讨侧卧位伽玛 (γ)刀治疗的方法和准确性。方法  1 0例颞叶极限位置肿瘤 ,采用LEKSELLγ刀进行治疗 ,治疗时将仰卧位坐标转换为侧卧位治疗 ;坐标变换公式 ,右侧卧位为X′ =2 0 0 - (Y - 1 5) ,Y′ =X ,Z′=Z ;左侧卧位为X′=Y - 1 5 ,Y′ =X ,Z′=Z。结果 采取侧卧位治疗的靶点准确 ,肿瘤生长均得到控制。结论 侧卧位γ刀治疗不仅延伸了颅内左右方向治疗范围 ,解决了超极限位置病灶仰卧位坐标无法执行的问题 ,对颅内多发病灶增加了一次定位下全部治疗的可能性 ,而且坐标变换正确 ,靶点位置准确 。 Objective To evaluate the effect of treatment temporal lobe tumors with LEKSELL gamma knife. Methods Ten patients with tumors in deep temporal lobe were treated with gamma knife operated in latericumbent position. The coordinate was X′=200-(Y-15),Y′=X,Z′=Z in right latericumbent position; and X′=Y-15,Y′=X,Z′=Z in left latericumbent position.Results The target focus wes accurate in these treated patients. The tumor growth in these cases were controlled. Conclusion The treatment with gamma knife operated in latericumben position extends the therapeutic extent. It provides the possibility of localizing the multiple cerbral tumors in one time and treating completely with definite therapeutic effect. The coordinates convertes correctly and target focuses accurately.
