摘要
我国选育的优良玉米自交系齐 319高抗南方玉米锈病。通过用病原菌接种齐 319分别与 5个不同感病自交系的杂交、回交 4个世代的P1、P2 、F1、F2 、BC1F110个分离群体和抗病感病参数的调查结果表明 :F1整齐一致 ,表现抗病 ;F2 和BC1F1抗感分离 ,经 χ2 检验分别符合 3∶1和 1∶1的分离比例。据此 ,齐 319携带的南方玉米锈病抗性基因是由显性单基因所控制。
Southern corn rust (SCR) is a destructive disease in maize. The inbred line Qi319 is highly resistant to southern corn rust. The inheritance of resistance to southern rust in Qi319 was investigated. Five F 1 hybrids were derived from Qi319 crossed with five susceptible inbred lines respectively. The F 2 generations were produced by F 1 self pollinated and BC 1F 1 generations were abtained by backcrossing F 1 with the susceptible parents. Inoculation of the P 1\,P 2\,F 1 s and 10 individuals of F 2?BC 1F 1 were completed with the southern corn rust pathogen and showed that all of the 10 F 1 s were resistant,the all 5 F 2 populations segregated in a ratio of 3R∶1S,and all of the 5 BC 1F 1 populations segregated in a ratio of 1 R∶1S. Therefore,it is considered that Qi319 carries one dominant gene for resistance to southern corn rust.
