摘要
肌注MB-2对小鼠二甲苯耳廓炎症、大鼠角叉莱胶性足肿胀和急性胸膜炎以及巴豆油性肉芽肿均有明显抗炎作用(剂量在2 .5～10mg/kg之间),由于本品化构中无酸性基团,散其胃肠道刺激性小于吲哚美辛。提示该药可能是较有希望的新型非酸性非甾体类抗炎药物。
Antiinflammatory effects of MB-2 were shown by intramuscle on xylene-induced swelling of mice car, carrageenin-produced cdema of hind paw in rats, and decreased volume of pleural exudate on carra-geenin-induced acute pleurisy of rats. MB-2 also inhibited the proliferating granuloma by croton oil. The above dose range was in 2.5-10mg/kg, but its irritating effect on gastrointestinal tract was slighter than that of indomethacin for lack of acidic radical in chemical structure. MB-2 may turn out to be a promising new type of non-acid non-steroidal antiinflammatory drug, worthy of further researching.
