摘要 研究表明,正常细胞、肿瘤细胞和原始干(祖)细胞中端粒的长度、端粒酶活性有着明显的差异,而正是这种差异却具有非常重要的潜在临床应用价值。本文就这一领域的研究进展进行了介绍。
