骨的原发性神经内分泌瘤免疫组化及电镜研究

IMMUNOHISTOCHEMICAL AND ULTROSTRUCTURAL STUDIES ON PRIMARY NEURO-ENDOSECRETORY TUMOUR OF BONE

本文报告一例骨原发性小细胞性恶性肿瘤,经临床资料、组织学、免疫组化及电镜检查,结果提示为骨内原发性小细胞癌,属于骨的原发性神经内分泌瘤。本文还讨论了此瘤与尤文氏(Ewing’s)瘤的关系。它可能是尤文氏瘤的一种特殊亚型,建议将尤文氏瘤分为三个亚型:(1)经典的尤文氏瘤;(2)神经内分泌瘤或称小细胞癌,(3)神经母细胞瘤。本文还讨论了骨的小细胞性恶性肿瘤的诊断及鉴别诊断问题。

A case of primary small cell malignant tumor of the bone is reported. The results of clinicaldata, histopathological examination, and immunohistochemical and electromicroscopic studies suggestthat it is primary small cell carcinoma of the bone which belong in primary neuro-endosccretorytumor of the bone (Apudoma). The difference between it and Ewing's sarcoma of the bone is discus-sed. It is possible that it is a special variant of Ewing's tumor. We propose that Ewing's tumor ofthe bone should be divided into three subtypes: (1) classical Ewing's tumor, (2) Neuroendosecretorytumor or small cell carcinoma, (3) Primary neuroblastoma. Diagnosis and differential diagnosis ofsmall cell malignant tumor of the bone is also discussed.
