摘要
介绍了利用加压生化法处理印染废水的研究成果。通过大量实验研究 ,确定最佳工艺参数为Q进 =2 0 1 h ,pH =6~ 7 5 ,进水CODCr=10 0 0~ 2 0 0 0mg L ,出水CODCr<15 0mg L ,压力控制在 0 2 0MPa,HRT =6h ,Fv=5~ 9kg m3·d ,X =5~ 6 5g L。加压生化法与其它处理印染废水的方法相比 ,具有工艺简单、耐冲击能力强 ,投资低 ,操作参数仪表控制 。
This paper describes the treatment of printing and dyeing wastewater by pressurized activated sludge process.The optimal process parameters are decided through a large quantity of experimental studies,such as the influent rate is 20 L/h;the COD Cr concentration is 1 000~ 2 000 mg/L; the pressure is controled at 0.20 MPa;hydraulic rest time is 8 hours;volumeric loading is 4.5~6.5 kg COD Cr /m 3·d and the effluent COD Cr concentration is below 150 mg/L.this method contrasted with others has the following advantages:its techniques are simple and advanced and the ability to endure loading strike is strong; it occupys fewer land area and its investment is lower; the most important one is that it has fewer residual sludge.
