29例军团杆菌病的影象学分析

IMAGINA STUDY ON LEGIONNAIRES' DISEASE OF 29 CACES

本文总结了29例军团杆菌病的胸部X线片与CT的影象学特点,即多样性与多发性,可呈大片状、斑片状、增殖样小结节状及条索状与肺纹理增重紊乱等,部分病例可发生脓肿形成空洞,空洞单发或多发,内有液平面或无,空洞形成快,闭合慢,有的伴有胸膜肥厚或胸腔积液。CT检查更有利于对病变的研究观察。

The imaging characteristics of the chest radiograph and CT of 29 cases of Legionnaires' Disease were analyzed. It has features including different kinds and multiple, large or patchy shadow, small proliferative nodule, increased linear lung markings. The features included single or multiple cavities from abscesses, with thin or thickered wall, fluid level, pleural thickening or pleural effusion in some cases. 12 chest CT were done, showing no hilar and mediastinal lymph node enlargement.
