南京市江浦县沿长江滁河湿地的开发利用与保护

Utilization and Protection on Wetlands Along Yangzi River and Chuhe River in Jiangpu County, Nanjing City

以南京市江浦县沿长江和沿滁河湿地为例,在分析主要生态问题的基础上,提出了开发利用和保护建议。结果表明,生态灾害频繁发生和系统抗灾能力不强是江浦县湿地存在的主要问题;改变以经济效益为主的“传统农业”模式,采取以经济效益与生态效益并重的“洪水型经济”模式,变水害为水利,是湿地开发利用的根本出路;防治生态灾害,提高系统抗灾能力是湿地保护的关键环节。

With an importantly ecological function, wetlands together with forests and oceans are composed of three crucial ecosystems. A case study has beendone and suggested that for the untilization and protection of wetlands along Yangzi River and Chuhe River in Jiangpu County, Nanjing City be proposed, based on the analysis of main existing problems. The results showed that the frequent occurrence of ecological disasters, and the weak ability against these disasters are main present problems in the wetland ecosystems. The changes in utilization strategies from the 'traditional agricultural model'with only one goal of economic benefits to the 'floodwater economic model' with both goals of economic and ecological benefits is an ultimate way to the utilization of the wetlands.The control of ecological disasters and the enhancement of the ability against these disasters are key steps to protect the wetlands. It is expected that theseresults are useful to the utilization and protection of wetlands in other regions in China.
