双酚A和几种天然激素对鲫鱼淋巴细胞增殖的影响 被引量:21

摘要 通过聚蔗糖-泛影葡胺密度梯度离心法,从鲫鱼(Carassius auratus)血样中分离淋巴细胞,体外培养72h,用MTT法测试双酚A和几种天然激素对淋巴细胞增殖的作用,评价双酚A的免疫毒性.结果表明,可的松对鲫鱼淋巴细胞的增殖有明显的抑制作用,睾酮和雌二醇对鲫鱼淋巴细胞的增殖有明显的诱导作用.双酚A具有与睾酮和雌二醇相似的诱导作用,明显地促进鲫鱼淋巴细胞的增殖.研究结果揭示双酚A对鲫鱼具有潜在的免疫毒性. The lymphocyte was separated from the blood sample of Carassius auratus using and cultured for 72h in vitro. The effects of bisphenol A and several natural hormones on the lymphocyte proliferation of Carassius auratus were investigated using MTT [3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyl tetrazolium bromide] method and the immunotoxicity of bisphenol A was evaluated. Results showed that cortisone inhibited markedly the lymphocyte proliferation from 0.5 to 5000ng/mL; testosterone and estradiol induced obviously the lymphocytes proliferation. Bisphenol A had the same induction as testosterone and estradiol, obviously promoting the lymphocytes proliferation from 0.54 to 5400ng/mL. Results revealed that bisphenol A might have potential immunotoxicity to the Carassius anratus.
