摘要 采用SBR工艺处理某化工厂废水,研究原水pH值与温度对有机物降解过程的影响以及DO、ORP作为反应时间控制参数的可行性.试验结果表明,将原水pH值调节为6,温度控制在20℃左右,可取得较高的处理效率.原水在不同pH值与温度条件下,当有机物达到难降解程度时,DO和ORP均会迅速大幅度升高,DO和ORP的这一变化特点可以间接指示有机物降解的程度.因此,以DO、ORP作为SBR反应时间的控制参数是切实可行的,这对于实现SBR工艺的在线控制、保证出水水质和节约能耗具有重要意义. A certain chemical industrial wastewater was treated with SBR process, so as to study the effects of pH value and temperature of the influent on organic substance degradation and the feasibility of DO and ORP as the controlling parameters of the reaction time. The results indicated that the treatment efficiency was rather high with the influent pH value adjusted at 6.0 and the temperature controlled at 20℃. Under the condition of different influent pH value and temperature, DO and ORP went up quickly by a big margin as the organic substance reached to nondegradation degree. This change characteristics of DO and ORP could indicate indirectly the degree of organic substance degradation. Consequently, it was feasible to use DO and ORP as the controlling parameters of SBR reaction time, which was significant to realize SBR process on-line control, assure the effluent quality and save on the energy consumption.
