摘要
由于喷雾干燥中雾滴的运动较复杂 ,所以目前多是通过实验测量来确定雾滴粒度分布 ,有很多不便因素。通过模拟粒子受力情况以及与空气的传质传热 ,采用时间增量法和拖动坐标系逐步跟踪粒子的运动轨迹 ,建立数学模型 ,再结合实验中样板取样所得到的数据 ,即可确定喷雾干燥中雾滴粒度分布。
There is much inconvenience in measuring particle siz e distribution by experiments at present,because of droplets movement complexity in spray drying.So in this article,we bring forward a method-particle trajector y analysis,which simulates droplets forces and heat and mass transfer with air,t races movement trajectories of particles by time-increasing method and moving co ordination,and then establishes a mathematicle model with data from sampling of experimental plates,to obtain droplet size distribution.
