摘要
基于二元光学原理 ,提出可在光路中对矩形波相位全息光栅进行多次就地涂布感光材料 ,并就地进行一系列表面浮雕型全息图的处理工艺 ,加大了浮雕深度 ,使其形成相位变化近 2π的连续浮雕 ,类似于多值型器件 ,具有较高的同轴衍射效率 ,可作为有实用价值的全息光学元件 .并从理论上分析了该方法的机理 ,实验上解释了可行性 .
Based on the principle of the Binary optics, the processing technique was put forward, which can daub repeatedly light-sensitive materials on the rectwave phase holographic grating on the path of and perform a series processes dealing with the cameo deeper and turn it into one whose continuously changing range is near 2π.The cameo is similar to the multivalued apparatus and has comparatively high coaxial diffraction efficiency so it may be used as practically valuable holographic optical components. The principle of the measure was theoretically analysed and the feasibility of it was interpreted according to lab work.
