摘要
通过对美国IBM、思科和英特尔公司的企业文化方面的考察,认识到美国大企业取得成功的重要因素之一,就是在企业发展的不同阶段,把企业文化再造作为推动企业前进的源动力,并将其视为核心竞争力。对我国企业文化建设进行了深层次的思考,由此提出要加大我国铁路企业文化建设重要性的宣传力度,加快铁路改革的步伐,加快铁路信息网络建设,加大与国外高科技企业合作等铁路企业文化建设的系统建议。
One of the key factors contributing to the success of the American enterprise culture, as what has been learnt by studying the enterprise culture of IBM, Cisco and Intel, is to regard enterprise culture nurturing as the propelling force and the central competition force in pushing forward the enterprise at different enterprise development stages. By pondering over the Chinese enterprise culture, this paper proposes a systematic suggestion for the railway enterprise culture construction to promote the propaganda about the importance of Chinese railway enterprise culture construction, speed up the railway reform, construct the railway information system, and strengthen the co-operation with foreign hi-tech enterprises.
