摘要
结合十二醇硫酸钠 (简称K12 )生产技术改造工程的具体情况 ,将原来用煤气直接发生热空气 ,改为间接式高温喷流热风炉应用于K12 喷雾干燥系统。经过 3年多来的实际生产运行证明 :采用高温喷流热风炉解决了K12 生产中的高温热源受生产条件局限的问题 ,每生产 1tK12 可节约各类费用 5 2 0余元 ,按 180 0t/a产量计 ,每年可节约 93 6万元 ,10个月时间即可收回整个投资费用。
According to the actual situation on technological tr ansformation of sodium lauryl sulfate(K 12 ),K 12 spray dry system is i mproved by using indirect hot temperature jet air generator instead of direct ga s generator.It is testified after three years'operation that using hot temperatu re jet air generator can resolve the problem of high temperature source limited by producing condition.520 yuan is saved to produce l t K 12 .Count as ann ual output 1 800 t, 936 000 yuan can be saved each year and the whole investmen t can be recoupped after ten months.
