摘要
自从国际放射防护委员会(ICRP)采用有效剂量当量(H_E)作为辐射防护基本限值量以来,H_E较好地解决了非均匀照射时的剂量表达问题。尽管对接受医疗照射的受检者使用 H_E 并不是 ICRP本来的意图。但是为了便于统一比较,把 H_E 谨慎地扩展应用到诊断检查的医疗照射剂量评价中又是可取的。本文以北京 X 线诊断的医疗照射剂量评价为例,说明用 Drexler,G.等给出的考虑性别差异的组织权重因子所计算的加权剂量当量与 H_E 的差别很小。
Since ICRP adopted the effective dose equivalent(H_E)as the quantity of basic limits forradiation protection purpose,the problem of dose expression in the case of non-uniform irradiation hasbeen resolved properly.Although it is not the original intention of ICRP to use the concept of H_E forthe examinees receiving medical exposure,in order to compare easily,it is desirable that extending care-fully its use to the medical exposure dose assessment of diagnostic examinations.Taking the assesmentof medical exposure dose from X-ray diagnosis in Beijing for a example,this paper indicated that thereis a little differences between H_E and weighted dose equivalent derived by using tissue weighting factorsrecommended by Drexler,G.et al.,considering sex difference,
