摘要
随着分子标记技术的发展,研究植物性状与这些性状的遗传控制之间的关系成为可能。植物图谱群体的QTL分析是一种精确定位某一性状的研究方法,但混合分组分析法,即BSA法(Bulk Segregant Analysis)是利用F2代分离群体的极端表现分成二组而不是测定各基因型的每一植株,BSA还可测定等位基因间的差异,是一种既节省时间又较实用的分析技术。本文就BSA的特点以及对各种不同作物的育性基因、抗性基因、生理基因、形态基因的定位以及品种资源管理等方面的研究结果作了概述。
With the development of molecular marker technology, it becomes possible to study the relationship between the plant traits and its genetic control. QTL analysis of plant mapping population is a precise method of localizing a particular trait. Bulk segregant analysis (BSA) is a method by which two groups are divided into according to extreme phenotypic expression in F2 generation without determining every plant of various genotypes. BSA can be used in testing the differences among alleles and is a timesaving and rather practical analytic technique. This paper summarized some BSA specialties and its research advance in localization of fertility genes, resistant genes, physiological genes and morphogenes of various crops and management of variety resources.
