摘要
全球化对当代中国的精神文明建设既是机遇又是挑战。研究全球化态势下精神文明建设的价值和内容,寻求其中新的策略和规律,对于卓有成效地推进当代中国的精神文明建设,有着十分重大的理论意义和实践价值。
Globalization is both a chance and a challenge towards the construction of contemporary China spiritual civilization. This paper attempts to study the value and contents of such construction so as to search for the new policy and law. This is of great importance, both theoretically and practically, for the improvement of the construction.
