摘要
采用垂直板聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法对塞北兔血液中的红细胞酯酶(Es-1,Es-3)、血红蛋白(Hb)、红细胞碳酸酐酶(CA)、血清转铁蛋白(Tf)、前转铁蛋白(Prt)、后白蛋白(Po)、白蛋白(Alb)和血清碱性磷酸酶(AKP)共9个蛋白位点的遗传多态性进行了检测。结果表明,在塞北兔群体中,Hb、Alb和Tf呈单态,Es-1、Es-3、Prt、Po、AKP和CA呈多态。根据多态蛋白位点的基因频率计算遗传距离,并用类平均聚类法进行聚类分析。结果表明,塞北兔与比利时兔遗传相似系数最大,遗传距离最近,与加利福尼亚兔遗传相似系数最小,遗传距离最远。
The genetic polymorphisms of nine blood protein loci of Saibei rabbit,including Erythrocyte esterase(Es-1,Es-3),Hemoglobin(Hb),Carbonic anhydrase(CA),Transferrin(Tf),Pretransferrin(Prt),Postalbumin(Po),Albumin(Alb)and Serum alkaline phosphatase(AKP),were detected by vertical polyacrlamide gel electrophoresis.The results show that three loci in Saibei rabbit are monomorphic(Hb,Alb,Tf),six loci are polymorphic(Es-1,Es-3,CA,AKP,Prt,Po).The genetic distance was calculated according to gene frequencies and cluster analysis was conducted using the unweighted pair-group arithmetic average.The result show that the genetic similarity is the highest and the genetic distance is the nearest between Saibei rabbit and Belgian hare.The genetic similarity is the lowest and the genetic distance is the fastest between Saibei rabbit and California.
