不同品系獭兔性状比较及相关研究

Comparison and Correlation of Traits among Different Rex Rabbit Lines

利用SPSS统计分析软件对来自北京绿野芳洲种兔场不同品系的473只獭兔的育种记录资料进行了统计分析。结果表明,德系獭兔的毛长、头长、头宽、体长、胸围、耳长、耳宽、脚毛密度和体重性状表现最优,法系獭兔的背毛密度和臀毛密度两个重要性状表现最好,美系獭兔仅有脚毛密度性状大于法系和德系,其余10个性状表现最差。性状相关分析结果表明,体重与各项体尺以及毛长间的相关达极显著水平,而毛密度性状与其他性状间负相关较多,而且相关系数也未达显著水平。

The breeding data of 473 Rex rabbits for different lines from Rex rabbit breeding farm of Chaoyang,Beijing,were analysed using SPSS software.The results showed that the traits of German line,including wool length,head length,head width,body length,chest measurement,ear length,ear width,foot hair density and body weight,were the best in three lines.The hair density on back and buttock of French line were the best.The hair density on foot of American line was bigger than that of French and German lines,but the other traits were the worst.The analysis of traits correlation showed that the correlated coefficient was significant(P<0 01)among body length,body measurement and wool length.But it was negative between hair density and most of other traits,and their correlated coefficients were not significant.
