海水中Zn^(2+)和Mn^(2+)对日本对虾仔虾体内碱性磷酸酶活性的影响 被引量:12

摘要 分别在经过螯合剂Cephlex 10 0处理的海水中添加Zn2 + 和Mn2 + 培养日本对虾仔虾 ,观察金属离子对其变态发育及体内碱性磷酸酶的影响。结果显示 ,当海水中Zn2 + 为 2 0~ 40 μg /L时可以明显激活仔虾体内碱性磷酸酶的活性 ,但大于此浓度时则使该酶的活性降低 ;当海水添加Mn2 + 时均能提高仔虾体内碱性磷酸酶的活性 ,浓度在 40 μg /L时碱性磷酸酶的活性最高。 By observing the influences of metal ions on the metamorphoses, development and the alkaline phosphatase (AKP) in postlarvae of kuruma prawn Penaeus japonicus which was raised in the seawater disposed by cephlex 100 and added with Zn 2+ and Mn 2+ , the results showed that Zn 2+ whose concentration was 20~40 μg /L could increase the AKP activity significantly in postlarvae, while higher concentration decreased the AKP activity. When Mn 2+ was added, it could all increase the activity of the AKP in postlarvae, especially when the concentration was 40 μg /L, the AKP activity reached the highest. The activity of AKP can be used as an indicator for assessment of the environmental factor whether it is suitable for the survival of the larvae of kuruma prawn.
