摘要
以中心产区典型群简单随机抽样方法在浙江省湖州市湖羊主要分布区抽取 63只具有独立血统的个体 ,用水平板淀粉凝胶多座位电泳方法检测编码血液酶和其他蛋白质 (以及控制非蛋白遗传变异 )的结构基因座上的频率分布 ,观测 9项相对形态学特征标记的表型频率 ,并测量体尺 ,分析总体频率样本估计值的可靠性与精确度。结果表明 :在 1 4个结构基因座中 ,除 Al座位已由 Al C基因固定外 ,其他 1 3个座位皆存在多型 ,群体平均杂合度为 0 .3 3 2 1 ;9项形态学特征标记中 7项存在多型 ;
This investigation was carried out to 63 Hu sheep, which have respective bloodline in the central area of habitat——Huzhou city, Zhejiang province, by the simple random sampling in typical colony. Starch gel electrophoresis was used to determine the frequency distribution of encode blood enzyme and other protein loci (including dominated variations of no protein), observing the phenotype frequency of 9 relative appearance character, measuring the body measurements, analysing total frequency of reliability and precision. The reults were as follows: 13 loci possess genetic polymorphism among 14 loci except the fixed Al locus with Al C gene; Average heterozygosity of population was 0.332 1; 7 appearance character markers possess polymorphism. Hu sheep population had larger genetic variations.
