摘要
本文对同一组织来源的具有不同转移能力的人肺腺癌AGZY-83a细胞系和Anip-973细胞系进行了细胞遗传学研究。G显带核型分析表明,这两个细胞系在染色体众数,正常染色体数、部分标记染色体的结构来源等均有差别。人肺腺癌细胞系染色体的变化和转移能力有密切关系,这可能与某些染色体的丢失、重排、增加等所引起的基因变化有关。
G-banded karyotypes were analyzed on low-metastatic human lung adenocarcinoma cell line AGZY-83a and its high-metastatic subpopulation Anip-973. By the comparison of two cell lines, it was revealed that there were differences in the chromosome modal number, normal chromosome, structure oringin of some marker chromosomes. The chromosome #1, #2 of Anip-973 were three copies whereas AGZY-83a only had two copies. The chromosome #10, #13, #20, #21 of Anip-973 lost one copy respectively compared with AGZ(?) 83a.The results suggested that metastatic ability of human lung adenocarcinoma may be associated with chromosome abnormality. The metastatic phenotype may be determined by the deletions, rearrangements, numberical changes of certain chromosomes.
