摘要
用人工合成饲料控制硒、锰含量,实验动物随机分4组:A组常硒常锰;B组低硒常锰;C组常硒高锰;D组低硒高锰。喂8周后处死。实验结果表明,除A组外,B、C、D各组均检出不同程度的心肌坏死,D组坏死率最高,C组次之,B组较低,4组间坏死检出率有显著差异。心肌电镜所见,B、C、D各组心肌和膜系统均呈现不同程度损伤,低硒高锰组(D)损伤较重。上述各实验组心肌细胞色素氧化酶和琥珀酸脱氢酶活性与A组比较均有不同程度下降。而低硒高锰组其酶活性减弱或明显减弱者居多。
The seleniun and m(?)ngn(?)se contents in artificial dietary were controlled. Accoding to two factors and two levels, we divided rats into four groups: A group, normal selenium (Se) and normal manganese (Mn); B group, low Se and normal Mn; C group, normal Se and high Mn; D group, low Se and high Mn. After eight and twelve weeks of feeding, these rats were sacrificed respectively. Compared with the percentage of myocardial necrosis among four groups, we found that there were highly significant differences. Myocardial necrosis can't be detected in A group, while that of B, C, D groups was 16.0%, 19.4%, 30.3% respecttively. Except that A group, the injury of myocardial ectomembranous system in other groups were observed in varying degrees, but the injury of myocardial ectomembranous system in D group was more serious. Activities of cytochrome oxidase and succinate dehydrogenase in the B, C, D groups were lower than those of A group, but activity of cytochrome oxidase and succinate dehydrogenese in the D group was apparently decreased.
