脾切除以后对肺泡巨噬细胞吞噬功能的影响

Influence of Splenectomy on the Phagocytosis of Pulmonary Alveolar Macrophages

本研究以日本大耳白兔为研究对象,采用^(51)Cr标记的方法观察脾切后对肺泡巨噬细胞吞噬功能的影响,同时还利用扫描电镜观察了其表面结构的变化。结果表明,吞噬指数显著降低(P<0.01),表面伪足变短迟钝,甚至光秃。并讨论了该方法所具有的先进性,客观性特点。

We aimed to investigate influence of splenectomy on the phagocytosis of pulmonary alveolar macrophages(PAM), as well as the surface changes of PAM by scanning electron microscope. The result showed that the phagocytosis index lowered clearly(P<0.01), that the pseudopod of PAM becomed short, inactive and even bare concerning the surface of PAM. In turn, the advantage and objective characteristic of the study method are discussed respectively.
