摘要
水泥窑经常会发生结窑、结圈等不正常窑况,严重影响熟料的产质量。原料成分的波动将会引起生料率值的很大变化,但用传统的钙铁控制方法无法确保生料率值的稳定。另外,从熟料结块温度分析,指出了生料率值的波动会引起熟料结块温度的变化,从而容易引起结窑、结圈。而采用生料率值控制系统则可确保出磨生料率值的稳定,为避免结窑、结圈创造条件。
Cement kiln abnormality, as well as coating and ringing familiar in the production process influences on the output and quality badly. Raw meal modulus vary great because of fluctuation of the composition and the variety will change clinker blocking temperature, then coating and ringing come into being. The modulus controlling system can insure stabilization of raw meal modulus and benefit avoidance coating and ringing but conventional method couldn't.
