摘要
讨论了9例经手术及病理证实的,原发性肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤的选择性肾上腺动脉造影诊断价值。分析了肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤的血管造影征象。并指出选择性肾上腺动脉造影对诊断肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤较B超、CT,有较高的特异性。
Nine cases of adrenal pheochromocytoma(AP)were confirmed by surgery and pathology. The diagnostic value and X-ray signs of the selective adrenal arteriography in AP were discussed and analysed. Selective adrenal arteriography was more sensitive than ultrasound, CT, etc in diagnosing adrenal pheochromocytoma.
