摘要
本文报告了10例半肢骨骺发育异常的临床和X线表现,此病常见于男性,好发于下肢骨的内侧,尤以距骨最多见。主要X线表现为下肢的一个或几个骨骺软骨偏心性过度生长。
Clinical manifestations and X-ray features of 10 cases of dysplasia epiphysealis hemimelica were reported. It more often involved the male and medial side of the lower extremities especiolly the talus. The essential X-ray finding was eccentric cartilaginous overgrowth of one or more epiphysis of the lower limb.
