This article carries on theoretical deduction and proof of statistic assumption on the relationship between the square error of point position and the square error of space of the feature point in the topographical map,both prove that the square error of point position equals the square error of space of the feature point,and indicate that in Specification the square error of point position equals 1.25 times the square error of space of the feature point is inadequate.
