摘要
用磷—32玻璃微球(P—32 GMS)对28只实验小鼠 U14瘤动物肿瘤模型,行内照射后动态观察U14瘤超微结构的改变,探讨放射性微球(RMS)局部内照射杀伤恶性肿瘤细胞的作用机制,为RMS内照射治疗恶性肿瘤提供科学依据。结果表明,P—32 GMS 内照射对 U14恶性肿瘤细胞具有确切的杀伤作用,肿瘤细胞表现为一种“生殖死亡过程”。本实验是P—32 GMS 经局部血管灌注的生物学效应和抗癌作用研究的一部份。
Observations were made on the ultrastructural change of U14 mouse cervical cancercells after internal radiation useing P—32 GMS in U14 mouse cervical cancer implantedin BALB/C mice.The purpose of the study was to explore the mechanism of killingcancer cells with radioactive microspheres(RMS).The authers want to provide basisfor useing RMS in the treatment of malignancy.The results indicated that the local internal radiation of P—32GMS showed obvi-ously killing effect on U14 mouse cervical cancer cells,the tumor cells showed a“reproductive death”.This study is one part of the study about the biological effect and anticancer effectof the P—32GMS by locally arterial infusion.
