摘要
本研究采用羟基磷灰石陶瓷种植体植入30只日本大耳种家兔的新鲜拔牙窝内,分不同实验程期处死动物,将羟磷灰石种植区组织采取特殊方法处理以保证界面完整,X-线透射电镜分析。观察发现,随着羟磷灰石陶瓷(HA)植入体内时间的延长,HA—组织界面从早期无定形结构,逐渐过渡到骨整合界面,骨组织与 HA 融为一体。这种形成于种植区的骨组织被称之为化生骨。HA 是一种骨相容性良好的生物材料。
The implant of hydroxyapatite ceramic was implanted into the fresh extracting toothsocket of rabbit.After 1,3 and 6 months,the tissue specimens of implanted teeth weretreated by special methods in order to preserve the interface of the implant-bone who-lely.The interface of implant-bone was observed by transmission electron microscopy,which showed a seam of amorphous matrix at early stage.Six months later,the osseo-integration interface have been formed.The hydroxyapatite ceramic and bone tissuemixed together.Basing on histological observation,the bone tissue that formed in theinterface of the implant is not like the intramembranous ossification and endochondralossification.The bone tissue that formed in the interface is called metaplasia bonetissue.The hydroxyapatite ceramic is a good material for bone tissue.
