摘要
本实验以纯钛作对照,将两种可切削生物活性玻璃陶瓷(MBGC)植入狗股骨内,采用X线摄片,组织学切片,扫描电镜等方法,观察种植体与骨的结合情况,结果发现MBGC与骨可产生化学性结合,但界面反应带中有部分软骨样组织,其中 CaO,P_2O_5含量高的 MBGC A_4与骨界面结合较早,钛 Ta_2与骨有直接连接的趋势。
Cylindrical pegs of MBGC A_1,A_4,and pure titanium Ta_2 were inserted into the fem-ora of four dogs.Radiograph,histologie evaluation,SEM and EDXK were used to observethe implant-bone interfaces.The results show that(1)MBGC has bioactivity,the interfacereaction is integrated as a chemical process which includes a slight solubility of the glass-ceramic and a solid state reaction between the stable apatite crystals in the glass-ceramicand bone.(2)Since A_4 contains more CaO,P_2O_5,It is maybe better than A_1.(3)Puretitanium Ta_2 can directly contact with bone.
