本文论述了我国近海和内河水深测量发展概况以及疏浚船舶施工、船舶通过险要地段等需要精确定位的高精度导航技术的现状。并据此结合国外的最新进展提出今后的设想和展望。

This article makes description on the present sounding devices used in our coastal waters and inland rivers, as well as the technical conditions of high precision positioning and guiding instruments used in the dredger's work and for the ships passing through a dangerous and strategical section. With reference to the latest development in foreign countries, the anthor puts forward some sugges-tions and prospects for ourselves.
