摘要
通过激素组合正交实验及继代时间的选择对南方红豆杉细胞增殖培养条件进行了优化研究。结果表明在细胞生长对数期继代比静止期继代细胞增长率提高 1.6倍 ,而紫杉醇产量差异不大。同时在对 75个激素处理的筛选实验中证实NAA与 6 BA的组合优于 2 ,4 D与 6 BA的组合 ,其中NAA 1mg/L +6 BA
Optimizing proliferation conditions in Taxus chinensis var. mairei cell culture was studied by experimental orthogonal design of phytohormone combinations and optimizing subculture time. The results indicated that the growth rate of cells subcultured at exponential stage was 1.6 times of that at stationary stage and there was no significant difference in the taxol content. In addition, it was proved that combination of NAA and 6 BA was superior to that of 2,4 D and 6 BA and the greatest growth rate of cell was obtained with the combination of 1mg/L NAA and 1mg/L 6 BA among the choice of 75 phytohormone treatments.
