一种层布式钢纤维增强混凝土材料的实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 探讨了一种将钢纤维分层撒布在素混凝土内进行增强的新型钢纤维混凝土,试验研究了钢纤维在混凝土中的层布位置、层布数及层布厚度对这种层布式钢纤维混凝土抗折强度的影响。结果显示,当钢纤维撒布在混凝土底层和表层形成一种上下层布式钢纤维混凝土时,其抗折强度比整体式钢纤维混凝土略低,比素混凝土提高35%以上。 A new steel fiber reinforced concrete is explored,in which the steel fibers are added into some layers of the concrete matrix.The effect of the layer-built location,number and thickness of the steel fibers scattered over concrete on its flexural strength is studied experimentally.The result shows that when the steal fibers are only added into the surface and bottom layers of the net concrete,the flexural strength of the reinforced concrete containing two layers-built steel fibers is above 35 % higher than that of the net concrete,and is a little lower thanthat of the con- crete in which the steel fibers are added in the whole volume.
