摘要
根据高速列车发展情况 ,结合国内外制动盘选材应用和研究 ,探讨我国高速列车制动盘的选材问题 .在准高速 ( 1 60km/h)的情况下 ,选用蠕墨铸铁材料作为制动盘材质 ,可获得良好的制动性能、较长的使用寿命和较低的制造成本 ;列车速度进一步提高 ,蠕铁材料的强度性能难以适应制动盘的使用要求 。
According to the development of high speed trains, the applications and research of braking plate, we discuss the material selection for braking plate of high speed trains. In the case of 160 km/h, braking plate made of wriggle carbon at low cost can serve good performance. While the speed is increasing, it can't serve well, and the development of forged steel or casted steel alloy material is necessary.
