高强度聚氨酯防水涂料的研制

Preparation of high-strength polyurethane waterproof coating

以多元醇和过量多异氰酸酯制备的含-NCO预聚体为A组分,以芳香胺和聚醚多元醇为B组分,制得的双组分高强度聚氨酯防水涂料,抗拉强度3.0～10MPa,伸长率200％～400％,粘接强度≥2.0MPa,适合水利工程要求.

This high strength polyurethane waterproof coating was composed of two part: A and B, Part A was polyurethane prepolymer which was prepared from polyether polyol and diisocyanate Part B was composed of aromic amine and polyetherdiol. Its stretch strength was 3.0 -10 MPa, stretch length was 200 % -400 % , ad-hisive strength was or more than 2.0 MPa. The waterproof coating was suit for water conservancy construction.
