摘要
用 He- Ne激光 (1.5 m W,6 32 .8nm )辐照加电场磁场 (电场强度 1.2× 10 6 m / V,2 .0× 10 6 m/ V;磁感应强度 4 .8T)激发处理了云南姚安三角大香糯稻种。通过育种和田间试验发现 ,多数处理种子仅产生非基因变异的表型变化 ,仅有 5株发生性状变异。
The seeds of Yunnan Saojiao fragrant glutinous rice were treated by He Ne laser 1.5 mW 632.8 nm irradiation and electromagnetic field (electric field intensity 1.2×10 6 m/V,2.0×10 6 m/V;magnetic induction 4.8 T) excitation.After the seedling and experiment of paddy field growth for one year,we found that most of treated seeds express only phenotype variation (their genes did not variation);but there are still five strains of our treated seeds showed the character variation.
