摘要
综述了聚吡咯(PPY)、聚苯胺和聚(3,4–次乙二氧基噻吩)(PEDOT)等导电高分子材料在铝固体电解电容器中应用的最新研究情况。聚吡咯型铝固体电解电容器明显好于TCNQ复合盐型电容器。聚苯胺和聚(3,4–次乙二氧基噻吩)型铝固体电解电容器是尚在研究还未商业化的两类新品种,后一类因其高导电性、高环境稳定性,而最具发展前景。
Recent development in solid aluminium electrolytic capacitors with conducting polymers, such as polypyrrole , polyaniline and poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) is reviewed. The performance of solid aluminium electrolytic capacitors with polypyrrole is better than TCNQ type. Solid aluminium electrolytic capacitors with polyaniline or with poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) are still under development. With higher conductivity and stability,the latter is more promising.
