摘要
用免疫细胞化学PAP法研究了大鼠下丘脑室旁核加压素(VP)神经元的生后发育过程,对75只生后不同发育阶段大鼠下丘脑室旁核VP神经元进行了观察,结果表明,不同发育时期的室旁核内,均有VP免疫阳性细胞出现,细胞质和突起呈棕黄色,胞体大多数为椭圆形,少数为圆形和三角形,用测微尺测量了各级发育阶段阳性细胞的直径及计数了各切面被标记的细胞数量,大多数细胞只有二支突起,少数有三支突起。生后30天大鼠室旁槟VP阳性细胞的形态、数量、直径和复杂化程度已接近成年水平,另在第三脑室周圍灰质区域,室管膜和室管腆下层也发现有VP阳性细胞存在。
The postnatal development of vasopressin neurons in the paraventricular nucleus (PVN) of the hypothalamus of the rat were studied with Sternberger's PAP method. 75 Wistar rats were used in present study. In this experiment, the PAP was used as a specific marker to label the argininevaspressin (AVP) neurons in the PVN of postnatal rats at 1, 3, 7, 15, 30, 60 day and adult respectively, and the changes of the labeled cells were studied under light microscope. From postnatal 1th to the adult rats were all observed AVP label cells in the PVN, postnatal 1th to 30th day rats AVP neurons were developed quickly and 30th to adult rats were developed slowly. The shape, number, dlamter and complexity of 30th day after birth was similar to the adult rat. The result implys that the age was younger, the rate of the developmental rate was quicker, the rate of the development was decreased steadily with ages.
