摘要
研究了金-金试剂-DDMAA 络合体系的显色反应。研究表明,体系显色反应的最佳酸度为 pH4.5~5.6。在 DDMAA 存在下,络合物的组成比为金∶金试剂=1∶4。络合体系的表观摩尔吸光系数ε=1.43×10~3。金量在0~12.5μg/25ml 范围内符合比尔定律。采用 TBP-泡沫塑料富集分离干扰元素,一般元素的存在不干扰测定。用以测定地质样品中的金,结果满意。
The color reaction of gold-gold-reageat-DDMAA has been investigated spectrophotome-trically.It has been found that the composi-tion of gold-gold-reagent complex is 1:4 inthe presence of DDMAA at pH 4.5~5.6.Theapparent molar absorptivity of this complexis 1.43×10~5 l·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1)at 555nm.In-terfering ions can he separated by an adsorp-tion column of TBP-polyurethane foam.Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0~12.5μg/25ml for Au.Differential spectrophotome-tric methods have been applied to the deter-mination of Au in geological materials.
