摘要
提出萃取—催化氧化光度法测定生物体中 H2 O2 含量的新方法。用稀土催化 H2 O2 产生羟基自由基以氧化二苯基碳酰二肼 ,生成红色二苯基碳酰腙 ,其最大吸收波长为 5 63 .0 nm;当二苯基碳酰二肼浓度一定时 ,△ A56 3与 H2 O2 含量呈量效关系。在 0~ 3 0μmol/L H2 O2 含量范围内 ,该法能简单、快速、精确地测定生物样品中 H2 O2
The new fast determination of H 2O 2 through the method of photometry with extraction and catalysis oxidation is brought forward in this paper. From 0 to 30μmol/L, the relationship between △A 563 and H 2O 2 is founded based on diphenyl carbohydrazide is oxidated by hydroxyl radicals from the reaction between the mixed rare earths and trace H 2O 2 and extracted by CHCl 3. The method is fast simple, sensitive and accurate.
