核桃枝接愈合过程的解剖学观察

愈合是嫁接成活的首要条件,嫁接能否成活,取决于砧穗能否产生愈伤组织、很快连接并分化出输导组织。因此,研究核桃(Juglans regia L.)嫁接愈合过程,对于探索影响核桃嫁接成活的主要因子、提高嫁接成活率,尽早实现我国核桃生产的优种化和商品化具有重要的意义。由于核桃砧穗粗,髓心大,切片和显微观察困难等原因,有关核桃嫁接愈合过程的解剖学研究很少。Nedev(1972)对核桃芽接愈合过程做了初步观察;Hartmann(1975)

BY the systematic anatomical observation of the uniting process of walnut grafting branch, the results indicate that the uniting process of walnut grafting branch consists of 5 stages: non-formation of callus, callus initiation, callus junction between stock and scion, cambium differentiation and union, vascullar tissue differentiation and union. Meanwhile, the main factors affecting the uniting process of walnut grafting branch were analysed and discussed.
