本文分析了28例脑梗塞同侧功能障碍病例的CT 表现,发现病变位于基底节区21例,额叶1例,顶叶与颞叶各3例,并探讨了其发病原因。

The CT manifestations of 28 casesof cerebral infarction with ipsilateralfunctional disorder were analysed.Of these,basal ganglia was involvedin 21,frontal lobe in 1,and parietallobe and temporal lobe in 3 each,The causes of ipsilateral functionaldisorder are discussed.
