摘要
本文采用新型除油剂和净水剂 ,开发了“先除油 ,后除渣”的稠油污泥脱水工艺 ,从源头减少了稠油污泥中的油含量 ,使污泥脱水变得简便易行 ,脱水后污泥含水率从 95 %降为 70 %,油含量从2 0 %降至 2 %,脱水污泥可做成型煤燃烧 ,实现了稠油污泥的减量化和资源化。
A promoted technology for heavy crude oily sludge dewater was introduced in this paper. Based on oil removal first using the surfactant, the amount of heavy crude oil containing in oily sludge was decreased from the source distributed oily sludge, so that oily sludge dewater was convenient. After dewater the content of water in oily sludge dropped from 95% to 70%, and the oil from 20% to 2%. In addition, dewatered sludge also can be burnt with molding coal so that makes sludge change into resources.
