摘要
采用 SBR法处理豆制品废水 ;考察了曝气时间和污泥浓度对去除效果的影响 ,试验结果表明 ,曝气时间对处理效果影响很大 ,而污泥浓度控制在 370 0 mg/L左右时 ,处理效率最高。在确定的工艺参数下 :进水 1 h,曝气 7h,沉淀 2 h,排水 1 h,闲置 1 h;进水 COD浓度和污泥负荷分别在 2 1 2~2 5 60 mg/L和 0 .1 9~ 2 .5 3kg COD/kg MLSS· d内波动时 ,系统运行稳定性好 ,COD去除率均在90 %以上。
The experimental research of soybean wastewater by SBR showed that reliable and stable treatment results could be achieved. The relationship between the removal rate and aeration time and MLSS concentration were studied in this paper. The expermental results indicated that aeration time has strong influence on treatment efficiency, at the same time, if the MLSS concentration was about 3700mg/L, the removal rate will be more high. This paper puts forward an idea to determine aeration time according to the discharge way of treated wastewater. The aim is to cut down the cost of operation. With the determinate parameter(Filling-mixing 1h, Aeration 7h, Settling 2h, discharging 1h and Idle 1h), the removal rate of COD was more than 90% when inflent water was in level of 212 to 2560mg/L of COD concentration and 0.19 to 2.53kgCOD/kgMLSS·d of sludge load.
