特发性弥漫性肺间质纤维化的 X 线诊断

X-ray Diagnosis of Idiopathic Diffuse Interstitial Pulmonary Fibrosis

本文报道5例经病理证实的特发性弥漫性肺间质纤维化的X 线表现。1例为急性型,表现有肺纹理增深及小片状云絮影.4例为慢性型,表现有;(1)网织状影,以两肺中下部外周为主;(2)结节影,与网织影混杂使肺呈毛玻璃状;(3)蜂窝肺,为本病的特征性改变,在高千伏胸片及CT片上显示更清楚;(4)肺气肿、肺大泡及气胸为蜂窝肺发展的结果.

The X-ray changes of 5 cases ofidiopathic diffuse interstitial pulmo-nary fibrosis proved pathologicallyare reported.The radiological mani-festations of acute type in one casewere the increasing of lung markingsand some small patch shadows in thelung fields,and those of chronictype in 4 cases were,(1)reticularshadows widely distributed in the bothsides of middle and lower lung fields,chiefly in peripheral region;(2)nodularopacities mixed with reticular sha-dows so that the lung fields becamenontransparent as a frosted glass;(3)“honey-comb”lungs were a characte-ristic change;(4)emphysema,bullaeand pneumothorax were the result ofthe “honey-comb”lungs.
