摘要
笔者从1986年起对山西晋东南地区太原组下部臭煤层中的硫磺细菌及病毒化石进行了研究。为了详细了解这些化石的形态特征和成分信息,利用扫描电镜上的 BEI-COMPO 和 SEI 像作同步观察,并配合电子探针分析和硝酸溶液浸蚀实验。经20多个小时的上机观察共发现六种典型细菌化石,其中新种五个,即:Thiocap-sa convergens sp.nov.,T.carbonaria sp.nov.,T.paldiglobulosa sp.nov.,Chromatium sinense sp.nov.,Thiothrix annularis sp.nov.,同时发现一个病毒化石新属新种:Thiocapsavirus gen.nov.,T.phage sp.nov.
The authors have studied since 1986 fossils of sulphur bacteria and virus in asmelly coal seam of the Lower Taiyuan Formation in Southeastern Shanxi.Thesfossils have been observed for 20 hours with BEI-COMPO and SEI on SEMsimultaneously to get their morphological characteristics and composition.Theauthors analyzed samples with electronic microprobe and made erosion immersiontest with nitric acid.Six species of typical baterial fossils have been found andfive of which,i,e.Thiocapsa convergens sp.nov.,T,carbonaria sp.nov.,T.paldiglobulosa sp.nov.,Chromatium sinense sp.nov.,Thiothrix annularissp.nov.,are new species,and a new virus fossil,namely,Thiocapsavirus gen.nov.,T.phage sp.nov.is also found.
