摘要
在表面活性剂十六烷基三甲基溴化铵 ( CTMAB)存在下 ,在硼酸 -氯化钾 -碳酸钠介质中 ,痕量镉能灵敏地催化过硫酸铵氧化焦锫酚红 ( PR)的褪色反应 ,据此建立了一种测定痕量镉的新方法。本法的线性范围是 0 .0 4~ 0 .2 0μg/ 2 5m L ,检出限为1 .2 8× 1 0 - 10 g/ m L Cd( )。用于湖水中镉的测定 。
It has been observed that trace cadmium can sensitively catalyze the reaction of (NH 4) 2S 2O 8 oxidizing discoloration of pyrogallol red in H 3BO 3-KCl-Na 2CO 3 buffer solution in the existence of CTMAB. The optimum conditions and kinetic parameters were investigated in detail and a method for the determination of trace cadmium was proposed. The linear range was 0.04~0.20 μg/25 mL cadmium and the detection limit was 1.28×10 -10 g/mL. The method has been applied to the determination of cadmium in lake water with satisfactory results.
